The Rock confirms it is the process of withdrawing from their third party Agency channel over the coming months, with the full withdrawal to be complete by the end of September 2017.
The Rock is evolving as it transforms into the modern regional bank of the future that our customers have told us they want. The Rock was one of the first regional banks to introduce Apple Pay, Android Pay and Samsung Pay for customers and recently has invested in upgrading its core banking platform and significantly enhanced its internet and mobile banking systems.
As a result of reduced use, The Rock has made the decision to withdraw from the third party Agency channel. It reflects that more and more customers are banking using secure and more convenient digital channels.
The Rock continues to operate full service retail branches throughout Central Queensland and in August will introduce Bank@Post available at more than 4,000 Australia Post branches nationally. Customers can also continue to bank with The Rock using phone banking and internet or mobile banking. They can also use Visa Debit or rediCARD to transact through EFTPOS, the rediATM network and by making contactless payments such as payWave or any of the Pay services.
The Rock will be making contact with all affected customers in August.
