As part of its technology transformation program, The Rock are upgrading their Internet and mobile banking systems.
From the 22 May, customers’ will enjoy:
To put these enhancements in place the Rock’s online and mobile banking services will be offline between 5pm Friday 19 May until late Sunday 21 May.
You will not be able to make transactions, such as transferring funds, or check your account balances or transaction histories on Internet banking during this time.
You will still be able to withdraw money via ATM, use EFTPOS and will be able to call The Rock’s Customer Care team who are available extended hours between 8.30am to 8pm Friday, 8am to 5pm Saturday and 9am to 5pm on Sunday during this weekend. However, The Rock will not be able to transact on your behalf until after services are back online.
