If you are registered for the regular Internet Banking service, just use the same Customer Number and Password to access Mobile Banking.

If you’re already registered to use Internet Banking, all your login details are the same and you don’t need to register to use Rock Apps.

Mobile Banking is currently only available for Personal Internet Banking. Although not optimised for smartphones, Business Internet Banking is available by visiting therock.com.au.
Rock Mobile Apps are completely free to download, and there are no additional fees or charges for Mobile Banking. Only standard account and transaction fees apply. Depending on your mobile phone plan and usage, you may incur an Internet data charge from your service provider.
Because you’re required to enter your customer number and password when accessing Rock Mobile Banking and the Rock Apps, your account information should remain protected in the event your phone is lost or stolen. We do however recommend that you don’t save your Customer Number or password anywhere on your phone, and suggest setting up “Find My iPhone” so you can remotely wipe your personal information from your phone.

We use 128-bit SSL data encryption technology to help provide the best protection for passwords, account details and all other information exchanged via our site.
Because Rock Mobile Banking and the Rock Mobile App use the same password as Internet Banking, the same strong password rules apply.
Sessions will time-out automatically after a total of 15 minutes, or 5 minutes of inactivity.
Transfers and payments are only possible to payees and billers that have previously been saved in Internet Banking (via the full website).
